It's time for us that claim Kern County home to honor great sacrifices and build a lasting Memorial to our Kern County Veterans.  Where would we be without the United States Armed Forces? Freedom is not free!
When you stop and think, Kern County is bigger than the states of Connecticut, Rhode Island and Delaware combined. It should come as no surprise that thousands of people we call friends and neighbors are known as heroes to the rest of the of the world.
